Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed and fulfilled by Printful.

  • Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days after the order is placed.

  • You'll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is shipped.

 


 

Shipping Times & Rates

Estimated delivery time = Fulfillment + Shipping

  • USA: 3–4 business days after fulfillment

  • International: 5–20 business days depending on destination

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and the number of items in your order. Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.

 


 

Shipping Carriers

Printful uses trusted global carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, and others depending on your delivery location and selected shipping speed.

 


 

Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide! However, there are a few regions we cannot currently deliver to due to carrier limitations. If your region is affected, you’ll be notified at checkout.

Note: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries.

 


 

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes depending on your country’s policies. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.

 


 

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

 


 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at myva.rocks@ashleyquintopowell.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with Printful to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. However, if your item is damaged or misprinted, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please see our [Return Policy] for details.
